Unclockable Creator Collective: Content Usage & Program Terms

By checking the agreement box on the Unclockable Creator Collective application and/or submitting content to Unclockable ("Brand"), you ("Creator") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Unlimited Marketing Usage Rights

This license covers both organic and paid marketing channels, including but not limited to:

• Organic social media posts, stories, and highlights (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

• Paid digital advertising, dark posting, and whitelisting/spark ads across all ad networks

• Unclockable’s official website, product pages, emails, SMS marketing, and digital lookbooks

2. Creator Ownership & Good-Faith Takedown Policy

• Takedown Timeline: Upon receipt of a written takedown request, Unclockable will remove the Content from its owned organic social channels, website, and active paid advertising campaigns within fourteen (14) business days.

• Limitations: Creator understands that Unclockable cannot recall previously distributed emails, printed materials, or third-party user interactions (such as stitches, duets, shares, or third-party reposts outside of Unclockable’s control) that occurred prior to the takedown request.

3. Originality & Third-Party Clearances

• They are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full legal right to enter into this agreement.

• All submitted Content is 100% original to the Creator and does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.

• No Unauthorized Music or Filters: Any raw video files submitted to Unclockable will contain original audio only (no copyrighted commercial music, third-party logos, or platform-restricted effects).

• Anyone else appearing in the Content has given their explicit consent to be filmed and featured under these Terms.

4. Community Standards, FTC Disclosure & Conduct

• FTC Compliance: Whenever posting about gifted Unclockable products or sharing affiliate links on personal social channels, Creator agrees to clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Unclockable in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (e.g., using #UnclockablePartner, #gifted, or #ad).

• Respectful Conduct: Unclockable reserves the right to remove any Creator from the Collective and revoke affiliate links at any time if Creator engages in harassment, hate speech, defamation, fraudulent affiliate activity, or conduct that harms the safety and inclusivity of the Unclockable community.

5. Product Gifting & No Guarantee of Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Unclockable Creator Collective. Products provided to selected Creators are complimentary promotional samples, are not for resale, and do not establish an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between Creator and Unclockable.

As a representative of the Unclockable Creator Collective, Creator agrees to act in good faith and adhere to community guidelines:

Creator retains ownership of their original Content. Unclockable values the privacy, safety, and autonomy of our community. While the license granted in Section 1 is perpetual, Creator may request the removal of their Content at any time by sending a written request to [insert email, e.g., collabs@unclockable.com] with a link to or description of the specific Content.

In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the Unclockable Creator Collective and receive complimentary product samples (and, where applicable, affiliate commissions), Creator hereby grants Unclockable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, crop, caption, combine with other media, distribute, and publicly display any videos, photographs, audio, text, and associated name, social handle, image, and likeness submitted by Creator ("Content").
