What to Expect:
Discreet Shipping & Billing in the UK & Northern Ireland
Packaging: We ship all orders in a plain white or manila colored mailer or box with no Unclockable logos or descriptive wording on the outside
Shipping Label: Shipping labels are addressed from Shipper (Evri), or from UC Customer Service (Royal Mail). with no mention of Unclockable anywhere. Your name will appear in the destination field just as you specified at checkout under shipping details
Billing: Orders made through our site will appear as "UC Customer Service" on your billing statement. There will be a phone number, by law, and calling that takes you to our Unclockable customer service line, so please be mindful of that
Royal Mail & Evri: We can ship via Royal Mail to Post Boxes, and we use EVRi for any other destination address that accepts packages or where they can be held for pickup.
