There, he will be responsible for his potential horse linage. It’s a big deal since his entire species is now descended from 12 horses. Sometimes I feel the same weight as a trans person in the 21st century. Yes, transgender people have always been here and have always existed. But, the specific variety of highly evolved—both physically and mentally—trans person that exists today.

It wasn’t that long ago in human history where medically transitioning was science fiction. We've come a long way! Now, here we are—all twelve of us—heralding the future of the transgender community. Luckily we don’t have to make children with each other to make new trans people. They just keep popping up!

And here we are with great power and great responsibility. What power you ask? How about the power to kill a yak from 200 yards away, WITH MIND BULLETS. And, extreme empathy, enhanced perception, and the ability to serve looks at the speed of light.

We are the ancestors of the future trans community. And just like the stubby legged Przewalski, it’s a big responsibility!
